• Nothing is on hold until & unless we provide it in the written confirmation.
• Most of the Europe Hotels doesn’t have A/C facility.
• WIFI, TEA/COFFEE facility & other amenities are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in all hotels/ Rooms. Supplements may applicable if any.
• Above quotation is based on Base category / starting category of Room unless specified.
• Tourist/local/city taxes (if any) need to be paid at the hotel directly by the client.
01. All the above tours are on SIC (except the private tours mentioned), and all SIC tours start from some specific point
located in the city center. The client has to reach out on their own to the point. Starting and ending points might be
different. Also, for drop-off, some tours may or may not provide drop-off (depending on the tour).
02. All services, including hotels, sightseeing, train tickets, or any other services advised, should be checked by you at
your end. Once we receive a go-ahead from you, it is considered that you have verified everything on your end.
03. All hotels should be checked by an agent and confirmed by the client. If, due to any reason, the client does not like
the hotel and wants to upgrade, it will be at an additional cost, which will have to be borne by the guest.
04. Due to the high season, Eiffel Tower tickets are being sold out on most dates. In case of non-availability, we may
provide Montparnasse Tower tickets.
05. Due to weather conditions, security alerts, or public holidays like Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc., certain
sightseeing could be cancelled at the last minute without prior information.
06. A PAN card is required for Swiss pass issuance (for Indian passport holders only).
07. If any cancellations or changes are received after going ahead, it will attract a supplement cost, which will be borne
by you.
08. Driver: We cannot guarantee an English-speaking driver, and it will be subject to availability.
09. All train tickets are subject to price at the time of issuance. The price may fluctuate for train tickets; the exact price
is to be considered at the time of issuance.
10. Please note that we consider the flight arrival time to be the pick-up time. The flight will be monitored for delays,
and the driver will wait for the passengers for up to 60 minutes from the flight arrival time, at no extra cost.
11. Some of the Swiss Excursions will be under renovation, so at the last minute, there can be changes as it depends on
renovations when they take place.
For Skip the Line, there could be a separate queue in comparison to the normal queues, depending on the crowd.
NOTE:
• Any special request, such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, rooms on the same floor, 1 king size or 1 double
bed, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room, packaged breakfast etc., is subject to availability upon check-in
of the guest and is at the hotel's discretion. We will request this for you as a priority, but we cannot guarantee it at any
point in time.
• Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
• Each traveler is responsible for carrying a valid passport and processing any required visa(s). The organizer is exempt
from any liability should the traveler be deported or refused entry for not meeting entry requirements or passport
irregularities of a country.
• Travel insurance is not included in the package. We highly recommend in purchasing a Travel Insurance separately,
prior to your trip, for safety measures.

subject to seasonality**
Please be advised that during various seasons and during public holidays, different cancellation policies will be applied.
The cancelation policy for such period(s) will be informed case by case, generally all services will be non-refundable
All reservations have been made as per above Tour Outline, all above mentioned services
have been secured upon receiving your confirmation.
Any additional changes from what has been already confirmed above, will be subject to
additional charges and will have to be borne directly by the guests in such cases.
